If you are a teacher, your full name may be visible to all users.
If you are a member, your full name is only visible to administrators and/or teachers you specifically interact with in the App.
Email Address: We use your email address as your login credential and to provide account-related functionalities. Your email address is not displayed publicly to other users.

We do not collect any additional personal information beyond what is stated above.

How We Use Your Information

Account Creation and Login: We use your email address and name to create and manage your account.
Teacher Visibility: If you are designated as a teacher, your full name may be visible to all users for confirming to whom they recited their Sulam to.
Member Visibility: If you are a member, your full name is only visible to relevant administrators or teachers you choose to interact with, for verification.

Data Sharing We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. We only share your full name internally within the App based on the roles and permissions described above.

Data Security We implement reasonable security measures to protect the personal information we collect. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices - Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. This will remove your personal information from our active systems.
